The idea
The Bakery
M A T I N A L stems from a desire to create with simplicity. My best meals have always consisted of a few good slices of bread paired with something savory, sweet, light, tender, or crispy—depending on the mood. Naturally, the idea slowly took root to bake my own bread, and why not, make it my profession. (Régis R.)
